2XZ Series Vacuum Pump adopts a two-stage direct-coupling structrue. It is a basic unit used to pump the gas from a special sealed container to make the container have a certain vacuum degree. It can be used alone or as a fore pump working with booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps and other ultra-high vacuum pumps.
